At Kitchens Crafts, we are committed to providing our customers with quality crockery and kitchen products. We carefully inspect our products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product is received damaged, broken, or defective.

  • The wrong product or incorrect quantity was delivered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us through WhatsApp and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned if:

  • The customer simply changes their mind.

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging.

  • The return request is made after the specified return period.

  • Damage occurred due to improper handling or use by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Kitchens Crafts will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement.

If approved, customers may receive:

  • A replacement product, subject to availability; or

  • A refund for the eligible product.

Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was received damaged/defective.

Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange with the same product, subject to availability.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a damaged product, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Customer name and contact number

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging, where applicable

  • Reason for the return
